Event Rules

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!

Venue has the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Venue not responsible for injury.

Venue not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No outside coolers allowed.

No outside beverages allowed, they must be disposed of before entering.

No glass bottles allowed anywhere on the grounds.

No outside food allowed.

No fighting or harassing of others.

Under age drinking will not be tolerated.

No pushing, shoving, or crowding of others.

Put all trash and cans in proper disposal containers.

Absolutely no weapons of any kind on property.

Absolutely no fireworks permitted anywhere on the grounds.

Must have ticket/wristband to be in venue at all times.

No illegal drugs or controlled substances allowed.

Bags may be searched.


Parking Lot Rules and Regulations

$20 general parking.

$40 VIP parking.

Handicap and staff parking .

Please follow the parking lot attendant’s instructions and directions at all times.

No littering.

No tailgating.

No reckless driving.

Watch for pedestrians at all times.

No illegal drugs.

No weapons.

Absolutely no parking on the roads, vehicle will be towed.

Absolutely no fireworks permitted anywhere on the grounds.

No glass bottles allowed anywhere on the grounds.


Campground Rules

DUE TO DRY WEATHER we will be watching to make sure fire rings are being used!
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES!

Check in time for campground is 9am to 9pm.

VIP Creekside spots can start to arrive Monday July 31st between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

Regular reserved, general admission tent and RV can begin to arrive Wednesday August 2nd between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

No overnight occupancy before Wednesday.

You must follow campground attendant’s directions at all times.

In order to receive your camping sticker, you must have or purchase an entry ticket to the concert before being issued your camper sticker.

Everything, including vehicle, must be inside your 20×50 area, anything outside your space must be moved to the overflow parking area.

You are allowed 1 vehicle per camp spot, that vehicle must have the same sticker as your camper or tent, any vehicle without that matching sticker will be towed at owner’s expense, no exceptions!

There will be a separate parking area for your extra vehicles.

Stickers for camper and vehicle must be visible at all times.

You must, by noon on Friday, have you entry wristband on while in the campground, anyone without a wristband will be taken to security area where they will be offered to purchase a ticket at that day’s gate price.

Venue has the right to refuse entrance to anyone.

No refunds.

Venue is not responsible for accidents, lost, stolen or broken items.

Please dispose all trash in the dumpsters provided.

Must have a fire ring for campfires, no large flame.

Do not block in any other campers.

ATV Rules

Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Do not use the ATV in a manner that creates a disturbance.

Do not pursue a course of conduct which is detrimental to health and safety of others.

Do not use the ATV in a manner that will destroy Mill Creek Festival property.

ATV’s may only be on roadways when on the way to or from the concert.

Do not engage in any other activity with the ATV deemed inappropriate by Mill Creek Festival Staff.

Beyond the camp grounds and creek area, ATV’s must remain in designated areas.

The use of ATV’s is a privilege on Mill Creek Festival grounds and is an enjoyable, unique part of the Mill Creek Festival experience. Keep in mind it is a privilege, and that privilege may be taken away. If one of the above rules are broken, you will be asked to forfeit your keys for the remainder of the weekend and they will be given back to you at the end of the event.

An ATV waiver/usage form must be signed along with the $65 usage fee and given to the designated Mill Creek Festival before usage will be allowed. You will be issued a flag at the time the waiver and usage fee is given to staff and it must remain on the ATV for the duration of the event.

The waiver/application for the usage of an ATV before the event can be requested by sending an email to millcreekfestival@gmail.com and one will be sent back to you.
